Well-functioning individuals” refers to clients who are generally coping with daily life, able to maintain routines, relationships, and responsibilities, and are not experiencing high-risk concerns such as active suicidal intent, severe self-harm, psychosis, or substance dependence. These clients may still be dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, or emotional overwhelm, but they have a basic level of stability that allows them to engage meaningfully in therapy.
Family members, friends and partners can be great resources for support. Having
close interpersonal relationships is essential and it cannot be underestimated. However,
discussing your problems in therapy with a psychologist is a different experience.

The client and therapist together decide if it’s time to end therapy.

- In addition to this if the therapist notices improvement in a client’s behavior and
approach toward life. Then the client and therapist can work on their endings.
Since we will be doing attachment based work, after ending therapy you can always feel free to reach out to me during another phase in your life if you ever feel the need for it.
The client is expected to turn up on time for the sessions. Kindly let the therapist know one day in advance if you cannot make it to the sessions.

At times, they may offer insights that help you move toward clarity, healing, and better choices.
